Abandon yourself to a theatrical exploration of the debauched, depraved mind of the Marquis de Sade. This real life 18th century French nobleman's name is now associated with the kink, pain and pleasure of "sadistic" behavior; whips were a favorite sex toy of his.
The Marquis de Sade made no secret of his violent erotic appetites - indeed, he openly wrote about them, which landed him in prison, and then a lunatic asylum, where he spent his final years.
The new immersive theatre show ABANDON is set in that asylum. Lunatics enact (wordlessly, there is no dialogue) the dark and debauched visions of the Marquis of de Sade. This scary, sexy horror show for adults (only) is determined to unsettle audiences in their seats - and in their minds, long after the show is done.

"The most twisted show in Vegas" presents intense scenes of fear and fascination to make you gasp, laugh, wince and shudder. It's groundbreaking, it's grotesque, "it's not for the faint of heart..." declares the director, Jana Wimer, referring to the show's mix of edgy kink and psychological terror. "We go there."
ABANDON's website tells us how the Marquis de Sade loved to push the boundaries of sex acts. It warns us of depictions of gore...but also of "female pleasure."

Tickets for ABANDON are $50 plus applicable fees for general admission ($60 plus applicable fees Oct. 26-31) and $80 plus applicable fees for VIP ($90 plus applicable fees Oct. 26-31), which includes VIP seating, a complimentary alcoholic beverage served in an ABANDON souvenir glass, a backstage tour, and more.
